Delivery Charges

This excludes Electric Blankets/Covers. Please note if wrong shipping method selected you will receive an email informing you of this.

Our delivery charges are simply based on two factors

1. The total weight of the items that you order.
2. Where you are in the world.

These delivery charges start at £1.99 for mainland UK delivery addresses and increase with the weight of the item/s.

You can see what the actual delivery charge before you complete the checkout process by adding the items you want to the besket and then going to the checkout. the first section of the checkout process allow you to enter your address then you will see the delivery to where you are.

Items under the 150g weight bracket cost £1.99.

Next Day Delivery available on most items from £10.00. Orders need to be placed before 1pm and only available if in stock.

For UK deliveries depending on the size of the package we use either Royal Mail or Parcelforce for our deliveries. Both will leave a card if you are out, to allow you to either collect from a post office or to rearrange a delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Please select the correct shipping method (Europe or Rest of the World). If wrong shipping method selected you will receive an email informing you of this.

Prices start from £12.00 for Europe and £16.00 for the Rest of the World. We will try our best to get the best possible price for shipping so please feel free to email us.

ELECTRIC BLANKET DELIVERY

Orders for electric blankets/covers will start from £3.99. If wrong shipping method selected you will receive an email informing you of this and an extra payment will be needed to be paid before orders can be despatched.

CANCELLED ORDERS

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped you will receive a full refund. If the item has already been sent out then you will have to pay the return costs and you will only be refunded the product price, not the delivery amount.
