Once your order has been received we aim to deliver inside 7 working days. In the unusual case that an item is out of stock for more than 7 days we will contact you to advise of the expected delivery date and to give you the option of selecting an alternative product or cancelling.
Returns and Refunds Policy
At Snug Nights we aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction, and we will replace any item that is damaged or faulty on delivery. If you encounter a fault with any product, please telephone 0151 609 4140 and we will contact you within one working day.
- If you have ordered the wrong item or size in error then you can return the item to be exchanged for an alternative provided that the item is unopened and in a resaleable condition, if the item is returned to us in any condition other than unopened a refund cannot be given, as we would not be able to resell this item to any other customer. If you have ordered the wrong size then we cannot refund the return postage costs and the replacement items postage is chargeable
For hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund for items that have been used unless the items are faulty.
We do not offer our products on a 'home trial' basis so please ensure, before ordering that you are ordering the correct size to fit your bed (opened items will not be accepted for return if you ordered the wrong size in the first place). If the wrong size was ordered but the item remains unopened then we will be happy to refund the amount paid less our postage costs.
All returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Any items returned for reasons other than faults must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
