This is the Sleepwell Intelliheat Luxury Heated Cotton Duvet. This one is a double size and has dual control units, one for each side of the bed so that each person can have their own preferred temperature setting.
The upper surface is a 100% Pure breathable cotton, with a sumptuous bounce back microfibre filling. The superior box construction ensures that this filling stays evenly in place. It is designed so that the power lead exits the duvet cover at the bottom edge where the fasteners are. There will need to be a convenient power point nearby to plug it into.
This duvet is not just for the winter you can use it all year round and just switch it on when you need to as it benefits from a variable tog rating from 6.5 to 15. What makes this heated duvet special is the technology it uses to control the temperature, minimise running costs and to ensure that it is always safe to use.
The Intelliheat body heat responsive temperature sensor maintains your chosen temperature precisely. Intelliheat is in control, regardless of temperature changes, so all you have to do is relax and enjoy a good nights sleep.
The intelligent digital control is so simple to use, just before going to bed switch on selecting the fast pre heat option. This just takes 5 minutes to warm your bed. When you are ready to get in, select your preferred temperature and it will be maintained precisely regardless of external temperature changes. You can decide whether you want the underblanket to be on for just 1 hour or for 9 hours if you want it on all night long. The auto switch off facility ensures that it is never left on for any longer.
The digital control unit has 6 'intelligent' temperature settings, for both pre heat and for all night use. The controller also has a colour coded digital display, making it easy to use in the middle of the night.
