The Lightweight Summer 4.5 tog duvets is designed to provide a superior light weight duvet for quality comfort.
 
Most of us now use duvets (quilts) on our beds, of course many years ago it was normal to use sheets and blankets instead, in the winter we used more blankets to keep warm but in summer we used fewer blankets and when it was really hot probably no blankets at all.

However, the age of the duvet has meant that many people have one duvet, and this duvet is used all year round from the depths of winter to the height of summer regardless, and when it gets really hot we kind of push it to one side whilst we try to regulate our temperature, then we pull it back on, then push it back off. Sound familiar to anyone.

It need not be this way, after all you would not wear your winter coat all year round, as it gets warmer you wear a lighter jacket and when its really hot, none at all.

We should really use the same principle with our duvets, using a lighter one in the warmer months and change to a warmer one once it gets cold, this way you stay more comfortable at night with less tossing and turning and you get a better nights sleep.

This 4.5 tog duvet is just warm enough to keep you comfortable but wont smother you during a summer night. When it gets cold again just switch back to your usual winter duvet.
