Memory Foam Pillows are becoming increasingly popular, there are however several factors to take in to account when deciding if memory foam pillows are for you.

Initially a memory foam pillow can take some getting used to, the reason for this is that memory foam acts very differently to these other fillings. for a start the memory foam within a pillow is a solid piece of foam wheras other pillows have fillings made up of either fibres or feathers. These individual fibres move freely unlike the single piece of memory foam. What this means to you is that memory foam moulds itself around the shape of your head and then holds and supports it in this position, individual fibres tend to be constantly moving, this movement provides comfort but less support. Memory foam initially has a slight smell which will disappear over a period of time but again initially you will be aware of it. Memory foam pillows are either cut to shape from a solid piece of foam or with  better quality ones is moulded from the foam in a liquid state.

To help in the transition between traditional pillows and memory foam pillows we have a range that starts with a combination of memory foam and traditional hollowfibre, this creates the softness and comfort of a traditional pillow combined with the support of memory foam.

The next step up is a pillow that is all memory foam but it is created from ‘chips’ or ‘crumbs’ of memory foam that an freely move yet offer the benefits of memory foam.

Next we have the complete one piece memory foam pillows that are available in several designs, to ensure that you can choose the right one for you.
