Child Car Seats

In September 2006 legislation was passed to say that children under 135cm (4'5) tall must use the correct child seat for their weight and not use an adult seat belt by itself. Failure to comply with this is subject to a £30 penalty rising to up to £500 if the matter is taken to court.

There are 4 weight levels of child car seat available.

Booster Seats	Forward Facing	from approx 4 years 15kg and above
Booster Cushions	Forward Facing	from approx 6 years 22 kg and above

Cybex Solution car seats are ideal for children of 4 years and upwards to around 12 years of age dependent on height.

The Cybex Solution is the only Child Restraint System in the world with a 3 position reclining headrest, this means that if your child sleeps in the car, on a journey as most do, then the head can be comfortably tilted and supported.
